Can’t say enough about how happy I am with my new hot tub purchase! Midia our sales pep sells these hot tubs quickly for good reason. She was honest with us from the start making sure whichever tub we chose we would be comfortable with. She had us sit in each tub to feel the difference in how each tub was made, making sure we would be happy with our purchase. She was not at all pushy and when we found the tub we loved she gave us several pricing options doing her very best to accommodate our needs. I checked around to other tub dealers and our tub was $2000 more elsewhere. Not to mention our hot tub supreme lift cover was thrown in with a top-of-the-line umbrella cover. Highly recommend Hot tub Central if you are looking to make a purchase! You will not be disappointed!

Got everything I was promised

This is my second tub and I consider myself a smarter shopper. I wanted more power and better jets them my old tub. Be careful what you ask for. I got that for sure. So far from the time I bought it to now I am very happy. I got everything I was promised.

Enjoying our Sundance tub nearly every night.

Midia, our salesperson and owner were terrific. Her pricing and sales business model were easy, informative, and resulted in a quick sale. She also included a free lift, upgraded cover, spa stairs, and a side-mounted stainless steel grip railing for easy access. She came to our home to ensure the site was accessible to her crew and would be safe for us to place it on our deck. The delivery crew was experienced and worked hard to ensure all was correctly fitted including our top lift. Midia visited us after installation to ensure everything was done correctly and that we were pleased. She also gave us a short course on spa maintenance, water testing, and remedies for correcting water quality problems. She also provided us with a kit consisting of over 12 reagents to maintain our spa. All materials were of high quality. We have been enjoying our Sundance tub nearly every night.
